Processor was never overclocked and used with stock cooler. Stock cooler will be included in the deal.

There are no defects. It was bought on 2007. All original receipts were lost except for the RAM.

I will supply windows 7 64bit drivers for motherboard audio as it is a bit difficult to find. Even though intel website lists it as not supported for windows 7.
