o Developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls, email & SMS.
o Sending different offer letter to different company’s everyday.
o Gathering market and customer information
o Planning & organizing for different marketing activities.
o Identifying client’s needs and serve them accordingly to their needs.
o Coordination with the Clients & customer support
o Deal with all retail customers complains (including exchange, credit, warranty etc...) and follow-up with them.
o Going to store and taking various customer surveys in order to find out what customer needs.
o Calling and texting customers regarding our new products.
o Following up with any past customer complain and ensure their satisfaction.
o Exercise our FB page to keep updated with all the products in our retail.
o Ensure product was delivered to the wholesale customers.
o Take wholesale consumer complains.
o Make calls to wholesale customers and taking orders.


Job Requirements:
1. The candidate must have knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsing, E-mail and Facebook.
2. Candidates should have knowledge about marketing strategy.
3. Self started & self motivated.
4. Must have to be proactive and result oriented.
5. Educational Requirements: Minimum HSC (Marketing background)
5. Experience Requirements: 0-2 years
Salary: 6000-9000 (depending on qualification, motivation and work skills)
