Job Description / Responsibility
• To ensure customer support smartly in an international customer care.
• Capable of handling customer queries/complains instantly.
• Candidates will have to handle Inbound / outbound calls.
• Candidates will have to provide online customer care services.
• Willing to work any kinds of work as required by office
• Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with the team member.

Educational Requirements
O level / A Level / BBA /BSc /Graduate from any field
Job Requirements
• Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good listening skills.
• Responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hardworking.
• Needed to have tricky customer convincing technique.
• Patient and able to handle pressure.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Able to work with multiple web-based computer programs.
• Experienced call center agents will get preference.
• Must have excellent communication skill in Bengali .
• Spoken knowledge of English will get additional preference.
