Executive-Female (Part/Full Time)

We are looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Executive Customer Support-Female.

Job Responsibilities:
-Face to Face Customer Support.
-Receive customer's phone calls and answer queries;
-Customers schedule according to the day and time;
-Regularly maintain and update customer's database based on information;
-Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty;
-Manage customers complains accordingly;
Ensure customer services according to the given requirements;
-Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.
-Others activities as advised by supervisor and management;

Work at office

Educational Requirements:
HSC or Bachelor degree in any discipline.
