Job Description / Responsibility: • Have to handle OUT BOUND CALLS. • Have to handle customer with well behavior. • Ability to resolve difficult and stressful customer service issues. • Ability to handle complex and multiple tasks. • Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities. • Answering client and technician inquiries. • Work on a variety of call assignments. • Recruit service technicians internally and externally, follow up on assignments, taking incoming support calls, handle request from service providers and service buyers. • Need to work NIGHT shifts from Monday – Friday/Saturday, 5-6 nights per week. • You have a chance to work from your home if you have good PC/Laptop with high speed internet connection. • IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. • Both Male/Female can apply Additional Job Requirements: • COMPLETE FLUENCY IN ENGLISH. • Must have computer experience including web based software and must know MS Word, Excel, etc. • You need to be absolutely fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) as this job will fully require communication with the customers from US. • A person from non-English medium background with very knowledgeable English base with a good AMERICAN accent can also qualify. • Experience in U.S based Call Centers A plus. Good background in customer service.
