Job Description / Responsibility:
• Day to day support to software clients.
• Train up users on software.
• Resolve user problems.
• Support user to make operation smooth.
• Time to time follow-up.
• Should be well conversant with client.
• Keep proper record of all support.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:
• Minimum HSC, Diploma or B.Sc. (CSE)

Experience Requirements:
• N/A

Additional Job Requirements:
• Age 18 to 25 year(s)
• Have a good Knowledge on Hardware, Database, MS Excel, MS Word and Internet Browsing.
• Hard working.
• Strong Personality.
• Honest.
• Friendly behavior would be preferable.
• Stress Management capability.

Job Nature: Contractual
After successful training over 2months, he will be taken as a Permanent.
