Call Center Executive [Multinational]

We are looking for some self-motivated, ambitious and hardworking "Call Center Executive" to join our international growing company. As a Lead Generator you will be responsible for making out bound calls to potential customers to generate interest in the company's products and services.

Duties to include:

1) Outbound calls – Utilizing the automated dialler you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to discuss policy renewals. You will contact lapsed customers to offer up-to-date offerings and will be responsible for new business generation.

2) Other related responsibilities as required.

The Candidate:

With excellent communication skills you will have the ability to work within a target driven, regulated environment. You will be a proactive Individual with good IT skills.

Key Responsibilities of the role

1. Generate leads for our UK branch’s.
2. Contacting potential companies via the telephone to introduce and discuss our services.
3. Identify individual client needs and handle questions in an effective manner.
4. Maximise revenue through follow up call.

The ideal Candidate will have:

1. Drive and determination
2. A successful history with direct sales in a call centre environment.
3. Good customer service skills.
4. Previous experience within Insurance / Financial Services is desirable though not essential.

Min Qualification:

1) At least 1.6+ Years experience as Care Supervisor.

2) O / A Level or a graduate with IELTS Min 6.0.
