Job Description/Responsibility
• Develop website and web application for group’s 4 division/business and client projects.
• Review, improve and maintain existing websites and web applications
• Work with the internal technical team and external contractors.
• Articulate view, navigation and user experience of static/dynamic websites and develop prototype before execution
• Present design, prototype of web development to internal and external stakeholders

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor degree (CSC/computing degree is not mandatory, experience without degree will be considered)
Experience Requirements
• At least 3 years
Additional Job Requirements
• Residing in Dhaka or be able to move to Dhaka as this role is based in Dhaka
• Be able to travel among our multiple offices in Dhaka
• Proficient in English and Bengali (speaking and writing), articulated when presenting to stakeholders
• Be able to work independently and lead problem-solving in a team environment

Salary & Incentive
• Negotiable (Base salary, 2 yearly bonus, 20% performance bonus, advance pay at the commencement if required)
