Jobs Responsibility/Description
~Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring Customer satisfaction
~Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
~Willing to work at Day shifts assigned by the project`s/Company
~Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent
~Candidates will have to make outbound calls/receive inbound calls selling services/ products setting up appointments/ conducting surveys over telephone as per the campaign requirement
~Answering customer inquiries and handling complains.
~Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.

Educational Requirements
~HSC, Degree, Diploma, & University Student can apply.

~Able to negotiate well
~Able to used Computer & Internet
~Generate Creative ideas
~Ability to work in a team and Work under prepossess
