Job Description / Responsibility
• Act as the customer`s main point of contact to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.
• Received client’s calls and have to check email enquiries, complaints, feedback and questions from customers.
• Communicate with all Customers regularly
• Project visit in as and when required
• Assist to the client for optional modification work
• After completion of the construction work, invite customers to visit their flats
• Prepare final account and formation Ad hoc committee
• Maintain client file in proper manner.
• Provide quality customer service on every requirement
• Energetic and mindset should be providing support at any time.
• Convince customers & feedback from clients
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC to Bachelor in any reputed university . Running university and university result appeard student also can apply.
Experience Requirements
• At least 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Counseling
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call center,businesscompany etc.
• Fresher can apply.
