Job Location: Keraniganj, Dhaka

In order to take managerial responsibilities of daily operations of a commercial building management, applications are invited from retired or ex defense personnel. Convicted or person who got fired discouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

* Maintain Office filing and administration

* Commercial Building inspection for cleaning, supervising staffs, Maintenance etc on day to day basis.

* Follow Standard compliance for tenants and other related parties

* Legal documentation, Storage management etc

* Regular Inspection following commercial building management procedure

* Others will be discussed on contact basis

Salary:mentioned 12000 to 14000 Taka (Negotiable)

Other Benefits:

* Staff quarter can be provided for accommodation

* Yearly Two (2) festival bonus (half salary)

* Mobile allowance
