Organization: Index Mirror Position: Administration Assistant Location: Dhaka Vacancy: 1 Salary: Based on experience and negotiation Benefits: Provident fund, health insurance and other benefits based on company policy Job Purpose: The Administration Assistant is involved in the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, with responsibility for ordering office supplies. Other responsibilities will include servicing internal clients. Key Responsibilities: Ensure administration related report, documentation/paper works, etc. Maintain liaison with vendors Liaise with procurement department in bringing to and from office stationeries and supplies Take care of employees’ basic needs administrative needs Keep track of office inventory and update when needed Transport pool management, controlling and effective utilization of vehicles operation. Travel pick up coordination along with scheduling for employees To be accessible & available to employees and try to resolve their queries & complaints with the shortest possible turn-around-time Educational Qualification: Business graduate from any public or UGC approved private university with minimum CGPA: 2.8 or equivalent grade Experience: 1 year of experience will be preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply Technical Skills: Reporting skills Administrative writing skills Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in both Bangla English Technological Skills: Basic knowledge in computer office programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Behavioral Competencies: Result oriented Team player Prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality |
