Job Description / Responsibility :
• Develop SEO strategies, evangelize the importance of SEO and adhering to SEO best practices within the organization, provide recommendations for improvement of the site ranking & sales (including site architecture, URL structures, on-page ranking factors, image, video and news optimization, etc.) and oversee the implementation of those recommendations.
• Track and report against a variety of key performance indicators that demonstrate the effectiveness of the organization`s SEO efforts.
• Develop a proper On-Page Optimization strategies and processes
• Develop and implement effective link building through Social Bookmarking, Web 2.0, Forum, Directory Submission, Blog Comments etc.
• Develop and implement Paid marketing like Google Ad-words, Facebook Ad, LinkedIn Ad etc.
• mplementing and Managing the social media marketing strategy and focusing on platforms that are relevant to our client’s business objectives (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Vimeo, SlideShare etc.)
• Develop and conduct e-mail marketing campaign according to our product & services
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities
• Work closely with various departments on all major website changes impacting SEO
• Develop, share and implement SEO best practices across multiple families of business
• Prior experience with online advertising service providers like Google Adwords, Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
• Keyword Research and Analysis for different products and service offered by company
• Create keyword strategies that support SEO campaigns and broader marketing goals
• Develop Content for Website,Blogs & Product Brochure
• Manage existing keyword lists and develop new keyword lists.
• Complete projects within established timelines and goals.
• Work closely with the other team members to meet goals
• Monitor web analytic daily (traffic and conversion), identify risks and opportunities, and communicate performance trends with team


Job Nature : Full-time

Educational Requirements :
• Preferred Graduate or Masters in any discipline and A levels/ Bachelor or Honors Students with a good control over English.
• SEO qualifications are highly preferable.
Experience Requirements :
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Online News portal , IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms
• Content Developer, IT System Management, Sales/Marketing, Business Analyst
Additional Job Requirements :
• Age 22 to 35 year(s)
• Must be fully aware of the Google SEO guideline
• Familiarity with Search Engine Algorithm.
• Experience Blog and SNS Activates
• Should have ability on Article writing.
• Reporting activities on a daily basis
• Must have knowledge about traffic generation and lead generation
• Should know strategies for organic search ranking of major keywords
• Strong Skills on Google webmaster and analytic.
• Solid understanding of online sales processes.
• Very strong in writing & communication skills.
• Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
• Strong judgment and diplomacy skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• At least 1 years of proven track record in SEO and/or interactive marketing experience
• Must have strong command over English
• Proficiency in Google, Yahoo and Bing Analytics
• Strong copywriting skills that balance keyword optimization with user-friendliness
• Must be Self Motivated and proactive
• Honesty and Morality, stress-taking manner.
