Job Description / Responsibility
• Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
• Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring Customer satisfaction.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements
• Graduation require but Students currently in B.B.A/ Hon's/ Degree/ Diploma may also apply.
• Applicant's should have all Educational Certificates/ Documents to submit.
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 20 to 29 year(s)
• Fresher/ similar experience in BPO industry.
• Basic computer knowledge, Typing speed 15 wpm.
• Good oral communication skill & Analytical skill.
• Willingness to work in roster/shifting duty.
Job Location : Dhaka
Salary Range Tk. 9500
