Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Description / Responsibility
• Max HR Group, a faster growing IT, online business and HR base group of company is looking for the professional of high caliber in the position of "Chief Operating Officer" for running its online industry/ trading business independently.
• We are looking for Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the industry of E-Commerce, online booking and selling of rooms, overseas consultancy and trading business.
• Assist the Management in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
• Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives
• Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Management to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
• Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the company to ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities of all executives are clearly defined and understood.
• Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis;
• Ensure development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate.
• Business developments, meeting with valued clients, directing & monitoring independently.
• Ensures quality client services are provided in a controlled, compliant, and highly efficient manner.
• Owns operational implications of cross-departmental project initiatives.
• Recommends policy changes.
• Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Chairman and Managing Director accordingly.
• Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
• Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals

Educational Requirements
The incumbent should preferably have B.Sc in computer Engineering background (software dev.) having with MBA in Marketing from any reputed institute with excellent track record in his all through academic career. For Trading Business MBA in Marketing is preferred.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-Commerce, online booking and selling of rooms, overseas consultancy and trading business
