For winter semester:

Documents Courier date to Germany: Within May
Application deadline in University: 15th June
Class starts from: September/October.

For summer semester:

Documents Courier date to Germany: Within December.
Application deadline: 15th Jan
Class starts from: March/April

You have to courier your papers in Germany address (will give you later). After Submission of your papers, the minimum processing time is more than one (1) and half months. Then all the required offer letters and required documents from University are available for facing the Embassy.

Documents needed:
1) S.S.C & H.S.C or O level & A level certificate and mark sheet photocopy (in English) notary from German embassy or Govt. notary office. If the certificate is not in English then it is to be translated in English & then notarized.
2) IELTS score: 6.5 and above for Top Universities. Without IELTS students can apply for Bachelor & Masters programme. Sometimes it also not applicable for certain departments.
3) Passport photocopy: first 3 pages of old edition or first 2 pages of machine readable edition.
4) Recent photo not less than 3 months old...in international format: 45:35 mm... : 3 copies but may vary in number.
5) Above all these documents are required to be arranged and then made into 3 complete sets.
