A leading IT farm development company looking for a female business executive. who will also help with some office management works. Job Description / Responsibility: Receive local and foreign visitors, guests, customers or their representatives and attend as required. Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the PABX system. Manage incoming and outgoing calls through PABX system. Greet, guide and keep track of the visitors. Receive letters, messages, document’s and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records. The Ideal candidate should be presentable & friendly with a good approach and voice. Receive and keep record of service calls (regarding clients’ complaints) and convey the information to service department in no time. Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondence (letters, faxes etc.) Process & keep record of all outgoing letter, documents etc. Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary. Job Nature: Full-time Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent Graduates in computer science will get most privilege Experience Requirements 1 to 2 year(s) Additional Job Requirements: Age 22 to 30 year(s) Only females are allowed to apply. Experience is much more considerable than the qualification. Should be smart, energetic & professional. Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point program.
