Industrial Manager wanted for the management of an Industry,

This role requires an individual to be highly motivated, goal oriented, and must possess good
engineering skills and communication skills for being able to lead a big team.

Industry Location : Tongi BSCIC Industrial Estate, just after the Uttara abdullapur crossing.

Preferred candidate should have a good understanding on machine engineering, mechanical
engineering*, electrical engineering* as well as a good leadership skill* in order to regulate the total
industry work force

Plant & machine lay-out Industrial cost analysis
Financial planning
Information technology
Labor law
Materials utilization

Production planning and control*
Logistics & goods management*
Product quality enhancement*
Machinery maintenance & engineering*
Strategic production management*
Leading a big team*

The industrial manager post will report to the " chief of multiple industrial operational manager " .

Performances of the candidates will be monitored for 1-2 months before the final selection.

Starting base salary will depend upon the performance of the candidates during the trial period.
