Telemarketing Executive (Female)

Responsibility:

Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services.
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers

Educational Requirements:
BBA/ HSC

Additional Job Requirements:
Age 20 to 30 year(s)
Only females are allowed to apply.
Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers
Knowledge in computer operating such as e-mailing, computing, browsing and so on.
