We are offering a price which is the lowest in the market on an installment and at a time payment. We also ensure that if you want to interest to pay at a time, registration will be completed within couple of week. ASIAN DUPLEX CITY
We Asian Town Development are on its way to launch 2nd duplex project in Bangladesh after pink city. The project is consisted of 500 plots 221 bigha of Land; we will be constructing 3 type of duplex in 3, 4, and 5 khata of land. 3 khata’s land plus duplex is called Jesmin Garden, 4 khata’s land plus duplex is called Night Queen, 5 khata’s land plus duplex is called Spring Rain; the total area 2464 sfts, 3037 sfts, 3088 sfts respectively. We will be constructing 233 duplex on 5 khata lands, 96 duplex on 4 khata lands, and 128 duplex on 3 khata lands. The construction of spring rain and night queen has a difference of 51 sfts, and 40 commercial plots on the 100’ wide road inside the city.

ATDL will have a power plant setup, its own water treatment plant, central mosque, central car parking, shopping complex, school, security guards room, a complete planned city first ever in Bangladesh.

Well will start earth filling by March and we are planning to build a duplex model as our site office so that our clients are able to have an idea of how will our duplex will look. Will also have lake of 200’ wide there will be a facility of boating for everyone, children’s park. Everything that a city will need will be here at your door step.
